You may be an experienced runner or a beginner, you may want to reach your time goal or just have fun, everybody is very welcome to join Run My City.
The event is open for all runners born in 2002 or before (16 years old in 2018). The minors will have to provide the organization with a parental permission to pick up their bib. You can download a form here.
Your registration includes:
- The race participation
- The access to the refreshments
- The access to all private spots of the route
- A finisher present
Registration by duo is very simple. The team leader has to go on time to, choose the option « Duo » and follow the process to register his duo!
If the team leader chooses the “Time” option, it will only apply to him. As this is an individual option, the team member who also wants to be timed in the challenge zones must sign up for this option when he registers.
Bibs must be collected on Friday 18th or Saturday 19th May in the 9th arrondissement Mairie (6 rue Drouot, 75009 Paris) at the following times:
- Friday 18: from 10:00 to 20:00
- Saturday 19: from 9:00 to 18:00
You will have to bring the following documents:
- Your official invitation letter (available 2 weeks before the event on your account time to)
- Your discharge document, you must download it here, fill it in and provide it on the D-day
- A proof of your identity
- A parental permission if you are minor
Your race number must be easily identifiable by the organization.
3. MEDICAL CERTIFICATE / RULES
No. Because of insurance and responsibility purposes, we can’t repay participants or modify the registration as it is detailed in the regulations of the event.
4. START / FINISH AREA
The start and finish of the race are located on the forecourt of the Hôtel de Ville, in the 4th arrondissement.
- Metro: Hôtel de Ville (line 1 and 11)
- Bus: 38, 67, 69, 74, 75, 76 and 96
The starts are staggered into different waves to ensure that the flow of runners is spread out over the route and in the monuments. Your start wave and start time will be communicated to you on your notification letter (sent two weeks before the event).

- Those who have signed up for the ‘timed’ option will leave in wave 1 for the 9km race and waves 5 and 6 for the 15km race.
- A new wave starts every ten minutes
- Staggered starts every ten minutes.
We recommend you arrive half an hour before your start time in order to give yourself time to go to the left luggage facilities, the toilet, and through the security checks before getting into your pre-starting area.
There is a bag drop area free of charge where you can leave a closed bag and pick it up after the race by presenting your race number.
Please note: All bags will be verified before being dropped at the left-luggage facilities. Don’t take any bulky items, just the bare minimum to change after the race.
5. PRACTICAL INFO FOR THE D DAY
It couldn’t be simpler!
Feeding stations will be set along the route:
- one feeding station mid-route for the 9km route (km 5)
- two feeding stations mid-route for the 15km route (km 5, km 11)
- one feeding station at the finish line
